- Service details: appliance type, brand and model, a description of the problem, photos you choose to share, preferred day and arrival window, and notes from the technician's visit.

5. Online assistant
Our website assistant uses an artificial intelligence service to answer general questions about our services. Messages you type into the assistant are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Please do not enter sensitive information such as payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or medical information. Answers from the assistant are general information; the repair estimate provided by our technician controls.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
